Shipping policy

Free US shipping, always. Every order ships free within the United States — no minimum order and no added fees at checkout.

 

Processing time: We process and hand off orders to the carrier within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Delivery time: Orders ship from US warehouses and typically arrive within about 5–9 business days from the day you order. Occasionally a specific item ships separately or takes a little longer; if so, we will let you know.

 

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

 

Where we ship: We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Delivery issues: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it once the address is corrected. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, contact us within 7 days and we will help.
