Every order ships free within the United States — no minimum order and no added fees at checkout.
Processing time.
We process and hand off orders to the carrier within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery time.
Orders ship from US warehouses and typically arrive within about 5–9 business days from the day you order. Occasionally a specific item ships separately or takes a little longer; if so, we'll let you know.
Tracking.
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Where we ship.
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time — but if you're abroad and interested, email us and we'll try to help.
Wrong address or delivery issues.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reship it once the address is corrected. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us within 7 days and we'll help track it down.
